| Brick Order Form | SPACE is currently accepting orders for engraved bricks that will be installed in the entryway of the park between the double gates. If you would like to purchase a brick to honor or memorialize your four-legged friend (or even a two-legged friend who loves dogs) please complete the application and return it to the address on the order form along with a check for $50 per brick made out to SPACE. As soon as we receive enough orders we will get the project underway. If you are, or if you happen to know a professional mason who might be willing to donate the time to install the bricks please let us know.
